Models Own Neon Ice Bubblegum Houndstooth Stamping Nail Art

A couple of days ago I tried out my new neon polishes and I thought I would try one of the polishes with some nail art. I picked bubblegum. I love pink polishes. Although it is not completely matte, I love the feel of my nails with this polish.

I used three coats of bubblegum and I waited a few minutes for them to dry. I then used my stamping plate BM 322 which has a houndstooth print on to stamp a design on my ring finger.

I haven’t used a top coat but I could either use a gloss or matte one to give a different effect. I love these nails and I will be sad when I have to remove this design but I have lots more nail art I want to do with the other neon colours.

Barry M Green Berry & Lychee Gelly Heart Nail Art

Here are two more gorgeous colours by Barry M and their new Gelly polish range, out in the shops tomorrow!

I think these two shades of Green Berry and Lychee really compliment each other, I used two coats and I love the colours I think they are perfect for spring!

I love stamping so I added these cheeky little hearts to my ring finger. What do you think?

Essie Luxedo & Gold Swirl Nail Stamping BM314 Nail Art

I got this gorgeous polish for my birthday back in November and today I have finally found the time to try it. Luxedo is a very dark red. Almost black. I used two coats which glide on very opaque. You could even get away with one coat and the colour would look a little lighter.

I used Barry M Gold Foil to add a bit of nail art using my nail stamps.

This colour is not a usual one for me but I love it. It makes my nails feel very expensive!

What a week it has been! Freezing temperatures, frost and now torrential downpours! Tis the Christmas season though so onwards with my festive nail art. Tonight I bring you holly and berries nail art.

I used red glitter which I think is one of the best coloured glitters for Christmas!

Models Own Feeling Blue Snowflake Nail Art BM 319 Nail Stamping

Do you ever do a manicure that goes wrong? Well this is one of those but I quite liked it so I decided to post the pictures anyway. I wanted to use my snowflake design from one of my stamping plates to try and arrange snowflakes in different places on each nail.

I managed to fail at doing this and overlapped the snowflakes. I still like the effect anyway!

It has been so cold for the last few days. I have had to defrost my car, in fact my door was frozen shut a couple of days ago when I woke up! My nail art is inspired by ice and cracked ice. You know the type you see on the pavement that you have a mini heart attack over when you slip and catch your balance just in time.
