Barry M Grapefuit & Green Berry Gelly Polish and Black and White Nail Art Pen

How cute is my manicure today? I want a nice spring feel to my nails so I alternated them with Grapefruit and Green Berry. Both of these gelly polishes have a great coverage. I used only two coats. When they had dried for a few minutes I used my new Barry M White Nail Art Pen to draw on the highlight onto each nail to give it a bit of a cartoon effect. I used the black nail art pen to add the black heart. I think it looks really cute and I don’t want to take these nails off.

Barry M New Summer Gelly Polishes: Guava, Passionfruit, Blue Grape, Key Lime & Mango Swatches

Barry M are launching lots of lovely polishes over the next month and I was so happy painting my nails with these pretty colours this afternoon.

I painted each of my nails with two coats and you can see how bright and opaque this polishes are. These are brilliant colours for the summer and like the other Gelly polishes in the range go on very smoothly. The names of each of the polishes have an exotic fruity theme: Key Lime (Lime Green), Guava (Teal), Passion Fruit (Pink/Red), Blue Grape (Cobalt Blue), Mango (Orange).

These launch in Superdrug on June 5^th & Boots on June 12^thand the retail price is £3.99.

Barry M Confetti Nail Effects Dolly Mixture & Papaya Gelly

I am super excited about today’s swatch. Firstly this Confetti nail effect is not gold. Please scroll down to see my swatches This is a pastel rainbow array of confetti which I love.

This Barry M Confetti Nail Effect is called Dolly Mixture and if you picture Dolly Mixture, it is the perfect name. I painted my nails with two coats of Papaya Gelly and added one coat of Dolly Mixture.

I can’t stop looking at my nails this evening. I love how colourful they are. They make me feel ready for summer. Barry M Confetti Nail Effects Marshmallow & Blueberry Gelly

Today I bring you Barry M Confetti Nail Effects Marshmallow. You know when you sometimes see pictures online of a product and you think that it is not really your style? Well this is one of those bottles that you need to see in the shop. I think firstly if you compare the professional photo to the one in my swatches you will notice a colour difference. Also when painted onto my nails you will see what a gorgeous colour this is.

I teamed Marshmallow with two coats of Blueberry Gelly polish. I cannot wait to try it over different shades. Like my last Confetti swatch I only applied one coat and I am so impressed with the coverage. Although the bottle looks pink you may think the liquid is also pink, but it is clear, there is just a lot of confetti in the bottle.

Barry M Confetti Nail Effects Liquorice and Gelly Lychee

In my last blog post I told you all about Barry M’s upcoming Sequin nail effects well Barry M are also launching another amazing new product called Confetti Nail Effects. This week I will be bringing you my swatches and reviews of some of the new polishes.

These polishes are filled with confetti sprinkles that brush on smoothly and will be available in 5 sweet inspired shades. Dolly Mixture (Multi), Liquorice (Black/White), Marshmallow (Pink), Bubblegum (Blue), Sour Apple (Green). Today I am showing you Liquorice. I painted two coats of Barry M Gelly Lychee and added one coat of Confetti Liquorice. It was incredible that one coat gave the coverage shown. Unlike glitters where you need to build up coverage, the only thing I needed to do once I had painted my coat was use the brush to move the confetti into the far edges and it was a perfect effect. Polka Dot Teddy Bear Nail Art using Barry M Gelly Papaya

After adding polka dots to my nails a few days ago I decided to try another design today. This time by adding a teddy bear. I guess my teddy bear’s head could be a slightly better shape and next time I could elongate the ears and even turn it into a rabbit.
